Terms and conditions

These terms apply to all purchases made through domain.com and in our physical store at Abdel Nasser Rd, Mombasa, Kenya. By placing an order you agree to them. If something here does not make sense, call us at +254 722 643662 and we will explain it in plain language.

Orders and pricing

All prices on the website are listed in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and include 16% VAT and applicable import duties. Prices can change without prior notice, but any price shown at the time you place your order is the price we honour. An order is not confirmed until we email or call you back with stock availability and a delivery quote.

Payment

We accept M-Pesa (Paybill details provided after order confirmation), direct bank transfer, and cash on delivery for addresses within Mombasa county. Payment is due before dispatch for bank transfer and M-Pesa orders. Cash on delivery orders are limited to KES 50,000 per transaction.

Delivery

Delivery times depend on location. Mombasa: same day or next business day. Nairobi and central Kenya: 3-5 business days. Western Kenya and other regions: 5-7 business days. These are estimates, not guarantees. We send tracking information by SMS when available. Orders above KES 25,000 ship free. Below that threshold we charge a flat delivery fee quoted before you confirm.

Returns

Unused products in original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Contact us first by email or phone. For Mombasa addresses, we collect returns at no charge. For upcountry returns, the customer covers return shipping. We refund the product price once we receive and inspect the item. Refunds go back through the original payment method within 7 business days. Used or assembled products cannot be returned unless they are defective.

Warranty

All products carry the manufacturer's original warranty. Warranty periods vary by product and brand. We handle warranty claims on behalf of the manufacturer for products bought from us. To start a claim, email contact@domain.com with your order details and a description of the issue, plus photos if possible.

Limitation of liability

Our liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the purchase price you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Product images on the website are for illustration and the actual item may differ slightly in colour or finish.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Mombasa.
