What we collect

When you place an order or send us a message through the contact form, we receive your name, email address, and phone number. If you use the cart and checkout, we also get a list of the products you ordered. We do not collect payment card details on this website. Payments happen through M-Pesa, bank transfer, or cash on delivery.

How we use it

We use your contact information to process orders, confirm stock, arrange delivery, and respond to enquiries. We do not send promotional emails unless you have asked to receive them. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Cookies

We use a small number of cookies to keep the site working (e.g. remembering your cookie preferences and cart contents). If you accept analytics cookies, we use anonymous traffic data to understand which pages people visit. No advertising cookies are used. See our cookie policy for details.

Data storage

Your data is stored on our email server and in our internal order tracking spreadsheet. We do not use a third-party CRM. We keep order records for 3 years for warranty and accounting purposes. Contact form messages are deleted after 12 months unless they relate to an open order.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you what data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email contact@domain.com and we will sort it out within a few working days. There is no automated decision-making or profiling involved in anything we do.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. We do not notify users individually for minor wording changes, but anything that affects how your data is used will be flagged on the homepage.
