Four people run YardCraft. We started in 2019 and nobody has left yet, which we take as a good sign.
Daniel Karisa
Co-founder, sourcing
Grew up in Mombasa, studied in Nairobi, came back for the coast. Daniel handles supplier relationships and importing. He is the reason we can sell name-brand equipment at decent prices.
Fatma Suleiman
Co-founder, operations
Runs the website, delivery schedule, and customer service. She built the first version of this site on her phone during a power cut. If you call the store, it is probably Fatma who picks up.
Kevin Mwangi
Warehouse & delivery
Kevin joined in 2021 as our first employee. He manages the warehouse, drives deliveries, and knows the stock better than anyone. If you have received an order from us in Mombasa, Kevin is the person who brought it to your door.
Aisha Omar
Sales & product advice
Handles walk-in customers and phone orders. She actually knows the difference between sprinkler types and which mower fits which lawn size, so ask her if you are not sure. Joined in 2023.
